Terms & Conditions
We present a general summary of the issue that our clients encounter such as key facts and legal issue. We will then review the information provided by our clients. A telephone consultation or personal meeting with a legal advisor may be needed depending on the circumstances.
We generally will not be able to exercise the power of attorney granted to us until the following three requirements are met:
1. A signed work and fee agreement;
2. A court deposit reception (cash, wire transfer or check) for any further legal action;
3. The reception of any necessary documentation to commence our representation.
An initial consultation may be required to provide an estimation of the cost of the legal services needed. A complete information to the legal advisors would assist us to provide a proper view of your case, determine the relevant facts, apply the law related to those facts, and then provide a professional opinion on the real issues of your case.
There are times when circumstances do not allow us to provide an accurate cost estimation of our legal services.
This is due to responses required to any changing situation that is beyond our control, in addition to that, in order to provide effective and fair legal services in representing clients, we are obligated to provide additional services to anticipate such circumstances.
Therefore, the total cost of legal representation may be more or less than we estimated previously. The accuracy of our estimation may vary, as well as depending on facts and circumstances that are beyond our control, such as court decisions or any action taken by third parties.
We will not or cannot provide any legal advice unless and after our agreement has been agreed upon. We will not normally begin to represent a client until an agreement relating to fees and commission/honorarium for our work is agreed and signed, a deposit is agreed and relevant documentation is received.
Our opinion on the probable outcome of a legal case is solely our best professional judgment; It can be based on the accuracy of the information we have and on the applicable law.
We are not permitted to make any statements that can be interpreted as guarantee of a good outcome for any case.

Transport/Visit Fee
- Visit (Jakarta city area): Gasoline & food (Rp. 180,000) / trip
(Botabek district): Gasoline, Toll & food (Rp. 350,000) / trip
Cost of visiting services: Rp. 100,000 per case only.
Outside Jabodetabek & district, we will provide the cost on case-by-case basis.
- Service fee will be calculated on the basis of case and other location. For a retainer/member, the fee will be lower than non-retainer.
